Our role

Thrill Destiny is a booking platform. The activity is run by an independent operator, who is responsible for safety on the day and may refuse anyone who does not meet the age, weight, health or sobriety rules.

Payments

Most bungee jumps, the giant swing, SCAD and zipline: a ₹99 per person booking fee, separate from the activity price and not refundable. You pay the activity price at the site.
Maa Ganga Bungy: a ₹300 per person advance, taken off your total.
Rishikesh rafting: ₹100 per person (Rafting Only) or ₹500 per person (Drone and DSLR), taken off your total.
Kullu rafting: ₹500 per person, taken off your total.
ATV rides: a 50% advance, with the rest paid on arrival.
Scuba diving: ₹500 per diver, with the balance paid at the venue.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Booking fees and advances are not refundable, including for no-shows and cancellations by you. For bungee jumps in Rishikesh, Goa and Manali, if you cannot come or cannot reach on time, tell us that day and we move you to another available slot free of charge, with no new pre-booking cost. For other activities, rescheduling depends on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before your slot. If an operator cancels for weather or safety, we help you rebook.

Your responsibility

Tell us and the operator about any medical condition before you take part. Adventure activities carry risk, and you take part at your own risk and on the operator's terms. Our Risk and Liability Terms are part of these terms. They explain who is responsible and what you accept for yourself and for other guests in your booking.

Prices

Prices can change. The price confirmed on WhatsApp for your booking is the one that applies.
