Risk and liability terms
Please read these terms before you book. By booking, you accept them for yourself and for every guest in your booking.

1. Thrill Destiny is a booking platform only
Thrill Destiny helps you find adventure activities, get discounted prices and hold slots on time. We pass your booking to the independent operator that runs that activity.
2. How we choose our operators
There are a lot of adventure operators in Rishikesh, Goa and Manali. We personally review each operator's services, safety, hospitality and more, and we add them to Thrill Destiny only after lots of research and positive reviews from our guests.
If an operator does not behave well with us or our guests, we remove them from our site and do not recommend them to others. Good service, safety and hospitality from our operators are our first priority.
Currently, our operators are well organised and, based on our reviews, follow safety standards. That is why Thrill Destiny is growing as one of India's leading adventure booking platforms.
Our review helps you choose an operator. It is not a guarantee of safety or of any result, and it does not change who is responsible under these terms.
3. Adventure activities are dangerous
Bungee jumping, river rafting, giant swing, SCAD jumps, ziplines, ATV rides, scuba diving and paragliding are high-risk activities. Risks can never be removed completely, even when every safety rule is followed. They include:
- Serious injury, permanent disability or death.
- Sudden medical problems, including those linked to a condition you may not know about.
- Falls, impacts, drowning, whiplash and spinal, neck or joint injuries.
- Equipment failure and human error.
- Weather, river, wind, terrain and other natural conditions.
- Travel to and from the site on hill roads and other roads.
- Loss of, or damage to, your belongings.
4. You take part at your own risk
You choose to take part knowing that the activity is dangerous. You accept these risks for yourself. You must decide for yourself whether an activity is right for you, your health and your fitness.
5. The operator handles everything on the day
- The operator is responsible for running the activity, its safety, equipment, staff, briefings, permits and any insurance it holds.
- The operator decides who can take part, and can refuse anyone on age, weight, health, sobriety or safety grounds, or stop an activity at any time.
- If anything happens during an activity, it is handled by the operator. Tell the operator's staff at once.
- The operator may ask you to sign its own consent or waiver form. You must follow its rules and instructions at all times.
We can share the operator's details with you if you need them for a claim or complaint.
6. Pick and drop
Where pick and drop is offered, it is a convenience provided by the operator or an independent transport provider. You travel at your own risk.
7. No claims against Thrill Destiny
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- You agree not to bring any claim against Thrill Destiny, or its owners, staff or partners, for injury, illness, disability, death, loss or damage arising from an activity, or from travel to or from it. This also applies to anyone claiming on your behalf or through you, such as family members or legal heirs.
- Any claim about how an activity was run must be made against the operator.
- Thrill Destiny is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost travel costs, lost income or missed plans.
- If Thrill Destiny is found liable for anything, its total liability for a booking is limited to the booking fee or advance you paid to Thrill Destiny for that booking.
8. If you book for other guests
When you book for anyone other than yourself, you accept these terms on their behalf and you take responsibility for them. You confirm that:
- Each guest has read, or you have explained to them, these terms and the risks of the activity, and each adult guest has agreed.
- You have their permission to book for them and to share their details.
- The age, weight and health details you give for each guest are true, and each guest meets the rules for the activity.
- You will make sure each guest follows these terms, the booking rules and the operator's instructions.
- You will pay any amount owed for your booking.
If a guest is under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have written permission from one. You accept these terms and the risks of the activity on the child's behalf.
9. Your health and conduct
- Tell the operator about any medical condition before taking part.
- Do not take part if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, have a recent injury or surgery, or do not meet the rules listed for the activity.
- Do not take part after drinking alcohol or using drugs.
- Check the age and weight limits on the activity page. A medical certificate may be asked for if you are 50 or older.
10. You cover losses you cause
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to cover any loss, cost or claim that Thrill Destiny faces because you or a guest in your booking gave false information, broke these terms or ignored the operator's instructions. This includes a claim made by a guest in your booking.
11. Insurance
The price you pay Thrill Destiny does not include insurance from us. We strongly advise you to buy your own travel and accident insurance, and to check that it covers adventure activities.
12. Refused or stopped activities
If an operator refuses you or stops an activity because you do not meet its rules, booking fees and advances are not refundable. Our Terms of Service cover payments, cancellation and rescheduling.
13. Your acceptance
You accept these terms when you tick the box on our booking form, or when you confirm or pay for a booking on WhatsApp. Your WhatsApp booking message records your acceptance.
14. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes any right or liability that the law of India does not allow to be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your legal rights, disputes with Thrill Destiny will be decided by the courts at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
