It starts at the same place as the 9 km route, Club House Rapid, about 5 km from our office, and runs further, to Khara Srot near Ram Jhula. Its rapids include Double Trouble and Body Surfing, and you spend about 1.5 to 2 hours on the water.
What happens on the day
- Book. Pay the ₹100 per person advance on WhatsApp and pick a slot: 6 AM to 9 AM, or 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Get there. Free pick and drop runs from your hotel or our stay. Reporting is near Tapovan and Ram Jhula.
- Gear up. You get a life jacket, a helmet and rafting slippers, and there is a changing room.
- Briefing. A trained river guide briefs every group before the rapids. No rafting experience is needed.
- Raft. You go from Club House Rapid to Khara Srot, about 9.2 km on the river.
